Exchange Policy
Products purchased from adbelthouse.com can only be exchanged for the same article in a different size or color within 10 days of purchase.
Please note that items purchased at a discount of more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.
To request an exchange, customers may:
Visit any of our physical outlets, or
Opt for an online exchange by sending the item to our factory address mentioned below.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
In case of a return or exchange, an E-Voucher of the same value will be issued. This voucher:
Is valid only for the online store (adbelthouse.com)
Can be used immediately or at a later time
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return or exchange request is due to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal dislike
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
To qualify for an exchange or return:
The item must be unused and unworn
All original tags must be intact
The product must be in original packaging
The original invoice must be provided

For sale items, exchanges will only be entertained for valid reasons, such as:

Wrong size delivered
